We had Murgi Dahi from Supercook, an Indian dish of chicken cooked in yogurt. We served it with rice. The chicken is flavoured with garlic, chillies, cumin, peppers, paprika, coriander leaves and lemon juice, so we thought a white wine would be a good choice. We went for a bottle of Montana Marlborough Reserva Sauvignon Blanc 2010, a New Zealand white from Costco. This wine rarely disappoints with a curry. The pairing accentuated the tropical citrus notes, with melon and grapefruit coming through.
