We had Yorktown Pork Fillets from Supercook. The pork is cooked in the oven with bacon and a white wine and mushroom sauce poured over. We drank a bottle of Don Cayetano Chardonnay 2009 from Sunday Times Wine Club. An excellent match. This Chilean white is cool-fermented and unoaked. It was crisp and its citrus, melon and peach flavours complemented the dish very well.
